Emma Louise Jones was left with an almighty shock as her hot holiday was interrupted by a loud trimming of bush as she attempted to relax

Emma Louise Jones had an unwelcome surprise on holiday as her rest and relaxation was interrupted by a loud trimming of a bush.

The former BBC Sports presenter has been turning heads on her Instagram page as she treats her 435,000 followers to some eye-popping snaps of her wearing rather daring and trustworthy outfits.

But she showed her fans that not everything in her life is rosy after her relaxing time sunbathing was ruined by a man armed with a hedge cutter, who was tidying up the bush next to the pool Emma had perched herself next to.

Emma took a quick snap of the perpetrator of the racket and posted it on her Instagram story, writing: “Lovely relaxing morning (laughing emoji).”

But her spirits weren’t completely crushed as she later posed in the mirror wearing a white top that needed a strong zip to keep her modesty in check.

Emma still smiled through her holiday

Emma’s latest uploads have caught the attention of her fellow presenters too, with a daring collection of pics of her wearing a see-through black top being lauded by her colleagues.

TNT Sports star Laura Woods, a close friend of Emma's, responded: "Jesus Christ on a bicycle!"

While boxing beauty Ebanie Bridges responded with two hot and sweaty emojis as former Countdown maths genius Carol Vorderman responded: "I do love ya missus…. Have a good un..."

However, the comments sections on Emma’s posts are also sometimes infiltrated by some rather thirsty users, forcing Emma to quash their behaviour and keep some order.

Emma has shared creepy messages she receives via Instagram DMs - and she left fans in stitches with her responses to over overenthusiastic fans. Sharing a screenshot on her Instagram story, Emma shared one strange request.

The message said: "Are you wearing a thong today and would you sell it?" However, the former BBC presenter had the perfect response: "It's 3pm on Monday, Dave."

Sadly for Dave, his message wasn't featured on Emma's ever-popular DM helpline.

That little segment made its last appearance on New Year's Day, giving advice to another fan named "Brian".

Brian was struggling to get replies from his New Year's messages after he sent a DM saying, "get your t*** out for 2025."

Emma advised him to try sending alternative messages, but "Brian" replied with even more vulgar responses.

In the caption, Emma said: "As you toast the New Year, please spare a thought for the volunteers at the DM Helpline who are working tirelessly to keep the Brians of the internet in check x."
